My K & 1st grade April Showers bring May Flowers installation!

Fun experiments in watercolor and resist and cutting practice.

(raindrops were blue liquid watercolor and salt- painted on both sides so they didn't curl)

Rachel: I have taught art for various non-profit agencies, public school districts, and museums for years. I recently shifted from teaching grades K-6 to now teaching 6th-9th. My art room is an intellectual one with high expectations and wonderful artwork as a result! Working in a museum setting has encouraged my hefty inclusion of art history and multicultural perspectives in the classroom.
